Cancellations | Thinking of cancelling your membership?

ALL GYM MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE IN THE GYM.

Please see the gym staff in club if you wish to cancel your membership.

No cancellations can be done online or via email under any circumstances.

Time Hold/Transfer

All time holds/transfer must be done in club only. You may put your membership on Time Hold for a minimum of (2) weeks and a maximum of (6) weeks each year.

Each year commences on the anniversary of your commencement date.

Requests for time hold must be completed in-person at the club. Ask staff for current fees and tariffs.

Please note: Upon signing up, your parent/legal guardian is required to visit the gym with you and sign a form before you can begin training. Minor form is available from the gym sign and must be signed in person at the gym.

Club Rules

• Appropriate covered footwear & clothing must be worn at all times. No work or muddy boots to be permitted.

• No food on the gym floor at any time.

• Towels must be used at all times whilst using the gym. No towel No train.

• The Member will keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the premises.

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• All weights and equipment must be packed away after use.

• The Member will wipe down equipment after use.

• Membership cards are not transferable.

• Lost or damaged membership tags will be subject to a replacement fee of $49.95.

• The Member agrees to present and scan their membership tag upon entering Muscle Fx.

• Gym Members are responsible for their access tag. Shared gym access with a non-member will result in forfeiture of membership effective immediately.

• Each member must respect other gym users and behave in an appropriate manner at all times.

• Muscle Fx reserve the right to rescind the rights of members not complying with the terms and conditions of the membership.

• No one under the age of (18) will be permitted to enter the gym without written consent from a Parent / Guardian. Parent or legal guardian is required to come in to the gym on the day the under age member picks up his/her tag and sign a form.

• The Member agrees that he/she will not engage in any type of commercial or business activities while using facilities.

• The member agrees that they will not use loud or profane language within the premises, nor shall they harass, intimidate or assault any other members, guests or staff at Muscle FX.

• Muscle Fx reserves the right when repairs or maintenance is required to close or partially close the Club and or some services for a period of up to 30 days.

• If a member is asked to leave the premise, forcibly removed and or has their membership cancelled; no refund will be paid.

• Muscle FX prohibits the use or sale of drugs, alcohol or steroids on their premises. Any one found under the influence or to be engaging in any illegal activity may be subjected to having their membership cancelled immediately.

• Muscle Fx reserves the right to change modify or replace any class time table, instructor, equipment or activity without notice.

• Muscle FX and its affiliates reserves the right to increase fees and charges at any time. Any changes will be notified to members in writing and give a minimum of 30 days notice.

• Any Member who wishes to freeze their membership can do so please refer to Time hold.

•  If you exercise your cooling-off rights under the Agreement, we will issue a refund of fees already paid by you Excluding Access Card fee and any other fees for service provided.

• There will be NO REFUNDS given on any membership types regardless of the circumstances.

• NO TRANSFERS of membership from one person to another is permitted under any circumstance.

• No acceptance of any form of medical certificate under any circumstances.

• Please decide carefully on any up front or locked in membership.

• Refunds are prohibited at MFX.

• Any joining fee paid is NOT refundable under any circumstance.
